Return To The Little House Art Project
This past Saturday morning Antonio Johnson and I (Lin Workman) joined fellow MSCA member Grace Smith at the Little House Art Project in Southaven, MS. Antonio was there to share some techniques in Clip Studio Paint on his laptop, and I was there to have the students draw sketchcards. Grace is a longtime student at the art class and helped us and instructor Rebecca Treadway with getting everything set up and organized. Continue reading

This weekend Nicki Workman and I headed over to midtown to do some running around and just get out of the house. It was just too pretty to stay indoors!

Little Art House Project Autism Awareness Art Show And Reception
Last night (Thursday- April 7, 2022) I got to attend the reception for the Little House Art Project‘s Autism Awareness art show. April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day, and April is Autism Awareness Month. Little House Art Project is a combined art class for special needs and typical young adults ages 12 and up. History And Humor At Germantown Community Theatre
This week a few of us got to see the play “The Complete History Of America (Abridged)” before it officially opened, and check out the current MSCA art show “‘Murica”. The art show features pieces by members Lin Workman, Terence Washington, DaMarco Randle, Jim Palmer, Dale Martin, Greg Cravens, and MSCA Prez Kevin L. Williams. Was great to finally get back together in person for an MSCA event again- and the play was a lot of fun to watch. Continue reading
